Known in the couture circle as the Queen of Diamonds, Varuna, says, “Indian traditional design market is changing to accommodate trendy jewellery. When I design, I try to understand my customer’s lifestyle and nature, and then offer designs to suit her personality. Jewellery is like clothes. One should wear what suits and not what is trendy. My jewellery sets the tone for independent women.”
The World Gold Council has now
collaborated with Varuna, the winner of
the Women Super Achiever award by a
global jury of Asia Retail Congress 2009,

depending on the occasion.
Besides this, she has a Luxury Collection,
an Heirloom Ensemble Collection for special occasions and for special people and a Daily Glam Selection for everyday wear.
